Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Norris Architects in Aligarh (“Norris Architects,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services: a. Norris Architects offers architectural design, consultancy, and related services. b. All services provided are subject to these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities: a. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their requirements. b. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, approvals, and permits required for the project. c. Clients must cooperate with Norris Architects and respond promptly to requests for information or feedback.

3. Fees and Payments: a. Fees for services provided by Norris Architects are outlined in the proposal or contract. b. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon. c. In the event of additional services or changes to the scope of work, additional fees may apply, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Intellectual Property: a. Norris Architects retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, drawings, and documents created during the provision of services. b. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specified project only.

5. Confidentiality: a. Both Norris Architects and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. b. Information shared with third parties will only be done so with the explicit consent of the disclosing party.

6. Liability: a. Norris Architects will exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of services but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. b. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination: a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms. b. Upon termination, the client agrees to compensate Norris Architects for any services provided up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Amendments: Norris Architects reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
